Role Summary
The FP&A Manager – Reporting & Analytics is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and insight-driven financial reporting to senior leadership. The role focuses on performance analysis, variance reporting, business partnering, and process optimization to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Management Information
- Produce monthly management reporting packs, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and KPI dashboards.
- Prepare board-level presentations with clear commentary on performance drivers and risks.
- Maintain reporting accuracy, data integrity, and strict adherence to reporting timelines.
Variance Analysis & Performance Tracking
- Perform detailed analysis of actual results versus budget and forecast.
- Identify root causes of variances across revenue, margin, operating expenses, and cash flow.
- Provide concise explanations and recommendations to finance and operational stakeholders.
Business Partnering
- Partner with commercial, sales, and operations teams to evaluate performance and profitability.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by aligning financial targets with operational plans.
- Provide financial guidance to improve cost efficiency and revenue optimization.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Improve FP&A workflows, reporting structures, and internal controls.
- Implement automation and digital reporting solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within financial planning systems and tools.
Strategic & Ad-Hoc Analysis
- Develop financial models for scenario planning and investment analysis.
- Support due diligence and financial evaluation of M&A or cost optimization initiatives.
- Deliver rapid analysis for executive-level decision support.

- Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and Microsoft Excel is essential, along with experience using ERP systems and financial software
