Job description

**Senior Executive Assistant**

Office based | 5 days per week

Industry | Financial Services

Robert Half is exclusively partnering with a highly regarded, founder-led boutique strategic advisory firm to appoint an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant.

This is a true right-hand opportunity supporting a brilliant, high-performing Founder operating at the sharp end of dealmaking, growth strategy, and investor advisory across media, tech, consumer, and creative sectors.

The environment is fast, intelligent, relationship-driven, and high trust. You will be embedded at the centre of decision-making.

The Role

You will act as a strategic partner, not just diary support.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Complex, strategic diary and inbox management across multiple time zones
  • Heavy, high-level scheduling with senior stakeholders, investors, and advisors
  • International travel coordination and logistics
  • Acting as gatekeeper and trusted liaison
  • Preparing briefings, research, and meeting materials
  • Managing highly sensitive information with absolute discretion
  • Bringing structure and operational rigour to a fast-moving environment
  • Acting as a sounding board and constructively pushing back when needed

You must be comfortable operating in organised chaos while maintaining calm, clarity, and control.

Experience Required

This role will suit a seasoned Senior EA who:

  • Has significant experience supporting a Founder, C-suite executive, or high-profile principal
  • Thrives in a founder-led, entrepreneurial environment
  • Is commercially sharp and understands the bigger picture
  • Can manage a principal who moves quickly and changes direction
  • Is resilient, structured, and unflappable
  • Builds long-term trust and isn’t afraid to challenge appropriately
  • Has warmth, humour, and strong interpersonal presence

Package & Process

  • Competitive
  • Central London | Office based
  • Urgent start
  • Notice period ideally no more than one month

Interview process begins Tuesday 3rd March, with final stage directly with the Founder the following week. Candidates should expect a robust and commercially focused conversation.
