Overview

We are partnering with a high-performing executive search firm based in London to hire an Executive Researcher / Delivery Consultant. This is a hybrid role suited to a savvy, articulate, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.

This position would suit either:

• A high-calibre graduate with exceptional communication skills and commercial awareness, or
• An experienced researcher or delivery consultant looking to step up within a top-tier search environment.

You will work closely with senior consultants and partners, playing a critical role in the end-to-end delivery of executive search mandates.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market mapping and executive research across relevant sectors
• Identify, engage, and assess senior-level candidates through targeted outreach
• Support the full delivery lifecycle of retained executive search assignments
• Produce high-quality candidate profiles, reports, and client documentation
• Manage and maintain accurate data within internal systems and CRM platforms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Ensure exceptional attention to detail across all research and delivery outputs
• Represent the firm professionally in all written and verbal communications

Candidate Profile

Essential:

• Highly articulate, professional, and confident communicator
• Strong attention to detail with excellent written skills
• Commercially aware with a proactive, self-starting mindset
• Comfortable working in a hybrid, high-performance environment
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

Desirable:

• Experience in executive search, recruitment research, consulting, or delivery
• Strong academic background (for graduate applicants)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, or market intelligence tools
