Pricing & Analytics Transformation Lead

Hybrid Working - 3 days a week in City of London
£85k - £95k base +20% bonus
Join a high-performing, growth-focused Pricing Transformation team driving meaningful change across a specialty insurance platform.
This is not BAU pricing.
You’ll work across functions and partner directly with senior stakeholders to modernise pricing capability, improve model infrastructure, and influence strategic decision-making.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong Python capability (hands-on modelling)
- Actuarial, analytics, or consulting background
- Commercially minded problem-solver
- Entrepreneurial self-starter who enjoys building, not maintaining
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving outcomes
