Asset Manager

Job description

We are working with a well-capitalised, real estate platform with a substantial UK portfolio, seeking to appoint an Asset Manager into its London team. This is an opportunity to join an entrepreneurial team in a genuinely hands-on role with real exposure to strategic decision-making.

The role

You will be responsible for formulating and implementing asset-level business plans to optimise performance and drive value across the portfolio. Key responsibilities include:

• Lease renewals, regears, rent reviews, surrenders and dilapidations

• Disposal strategy and transaction management

• Identifying and delivering value-enhancing initiatives

• Capex, refurbishment and repositioning projects

• Managing external property managers and professional advisors

• Direct tenant engagement and stakeholder management

• Supporting acquisitions, valuation and funding processes

You will have

• MRICS with 2–3+ years PQE

• Commercial market experience

• Strong negotiation experience across landlord & tenant matters

• Comfortable operating in a hands-on environment

• Numerate and analytically strong

• Exposure to development, repositioning or alternative use strategies advantageous
