8–10 years’ experience with Oracle Fusion UK Payroll & Statutory Absence

Strong hands‑on configuration and legislative expertise

Proven Fast Formula development experience

Deep understanding of:

Local Government Pension Schemes (LGPS)

Statutory Absences

HMRC processing & RTI
