SENIOR DATA STRATEGIST (CRM)

London (Remote) with monthly travel to Bristol

SALARY - £50,000–£65,000

The Role

As Senior Data Strategist, you will:

• Translate customer data into insight-driven CRM strategies focused on growth, retention, and ROI.
• Analyse client tech stacks and optimise end‑to‑end CRM processes and customer lifecycle journeys.
• Build compelling data stories and client‑ready decks that influence decision‑making.
• Partner closely with data teams to extract insights and turn complex analysis into clear recommendations.
• Act as a trusted consultant to clients, engaging stakeholders and presenting strategic ideas.
• Support and mentor junior strategists, helping to elevate strategic thinking across the team.
• Work across a mix of clients, many operating within Braze-based ecosystems.
• Utilise tools such as Tableau and Adobe Analytics to drive strategic recommendations.

Your Skills & Experience

• Strategic CRM experience from an agency or strongly data‑driven in‑house environment.
• Proven ability to interpret customer data and shape CRM strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong client-facing or stakeholder engagement skills, including presenting insights and recommendations.
• Confidence working with data teams and turning analysis into actionable strategy.
• Experience with CRM platforms; Braze exposure is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with tools such as Tableau and/or Adobe Analytics.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to create polished, impactful decks.
