Operations Analyst

London - Hybrid

We’re hiring an Operations Analyst to join our growing fintech and help improve how our business runs day to day. This would be an ideal opportunity for early career or graduates to join Yonda and work closely with our VP of Operations and collaborate across Service, Tech, Sales and Product shaping our operations

What you'll do:

• Analysing workflows and identifying inefficiencies
• Building dashboards and tracking operational KPIs
• Improving documentation and internal processes
• Supporting automation and tooling improvements
• Owning small operational projects end-to-end

What you'll bring:

• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Strong logical and problem-solving skills
• Passion about working with data
• Interest in scaling operations in a fast-growth fintech
• STEM background (nice to have)
