You will be part of an entrepreneurial team with a long-standing client base of high-net worth individuals. The Ideal Candidate


  • Recently graduated with a RICS Commercial Property Pathway degree (Other pathways may be considered).
  • You are motivated, driven, and keen to develop your professional career.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Keen to expand your knowledge and take on client-facing responsibilities quickly.
  • You are committed to achieving APC completion within an agreed timeframe.



The Role


Within this role, you will gain exposure to both Property & Asset Management supporting the delivery of your team's portfolio and eventually establishing your own brand in the market! You will achieve this by handling tasks such as…



  • Assuming supervised responsibility for all day-to-day aspects of property, asset & facilities management on a specific client portfolio
  • Collaborating with other team members in dealing with both tenants and suppliers, resolving queries and issues arising.
  • Assisting in the production of reports for clients as part of service delivery function.
  • Undertaking and developing Asset Management strategies focusing on Industrial assets.
