We are recruiting a mid to senior lawyer with a commercial contracts and financial services background for a fast growing London based FinTech. The company has an exciting business model and there are excellent long term growth prospects.
Responsibilities will include:
Drafting and negotiating a mix of commercial agreements
Advising on data protection and financial services regulation
Supporting the business with corporate advisory and governance work
Representing legal on strategic projects
The role would suit an experienced commercial lawyer comfortable operating in a fast growing financial services company.
