Human Resources Generalist

Trinity Resource Solutions is looking for a Human Resources Generalist

Job description

We are exclusively partnering with a leading, globally recognised organisation in the entertainment technology and music sector — a business truly built for music lovers. With a collaborative EMEA team of 80–90 employees, they combine innovation, creativity and commercial excellence, and are now looking for a confident, experienced HR Generalist to join their close-knit HR function.

This is a high-impact, operational HR role within a lean team consisting of four. You will be a key partner to managers across the business — advisory, solutions-driven and credible — not administrative.

This role is ideal for an experienced, CIPD Level 5 qualified HR professional who can confidently own processes end-to-end, build strong relationships, and operate with minimal supervision.

Strategy sits with the EMEA HR Manager — you will support and roll out initiatives — but your core focus will be operational excellence, employee relations and trusted business partnering.

We are looking for someone personable, well-presented and commercially aware — someone who can quickly build rapport with managers and stakeholders internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering & Advisory

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers across performance, conduct and employee relations.
  • Provide pragmatic, compliant and solutions-focused guidance.
  • Own ER cases from start to finish with confidence and integrity.
  • Support workforce planning and organisational development initiatives.
  • Contribute to policy development and consistent interpretation across the business.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee day-to-day HR processes ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Maintain HRIS systems, reporting and data integrity.
  • Support payroll and benefits processes when required.
  • Assist with remuneration cycles and benefits renewals.
  • Ensure up-to-date knowledge of UK and European employment law.

Performance & Development

  • Support performance management frameworks and improvement plans.
  • Partner with managers on learning pathways and capability building.
  • Contribute to engagement and cultural initiatives aligned to company values.

Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Support HR system and policy enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes.
  • Contribute to best-practice HR standards across EMEA.

About You

  • CIPD Level 5 minimum (essential).
  • 3–5+ years’ experience in a true HR Generalist capacity.
  • Strong HR operational experience — not purely wellbeing or engagement focused.
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
  • Experienced in managing ER cases independently.
  • Comfortable supporting UK and ideally European teams.
  • Able to build authentic relationships quickly — personable, professional and solutions-driven.
  • Demonstrable longevity in previous roles.
  • Team-oriented but self-sufficient — you won’t need heavy supervision.
  • Commercially aware and well-groomed, representing HR with credibility.

Culture & Values

The organisation champions inclusivity, respect, humility and trust. They are committed to creating a supportive environment where every individual can perform to their full potential, regardless of background or identity.

Why Apply?

This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded name in the music and entertainment technology space, working in a collaborative, creative and commercially driven environment. You will have real ownership, meaningful stakeholder exposure and the chance to shape operational HR delivery across EMEA.

If you are an experienced HR professional who thrives on partnering with managers, delivering practical solutions and owning processes end-to-end — we would love to hear from you.
