Job description
Our client is looking for an experienced Outsourcing Consultant to join a growing outsourcing delivery function and play a key role in managing strategic service providers across a complex, regulated environment.
This is a hybrid role combining business partnering and contract management, offering exposure to senior stakeholders, major change programmes, and a diverse portfolio of outsourced services.
What you’ll do
- Act as the primary interface between internal teams and outsourced service providers
- Provide real-time insight, analysis and advice on outsourced service performance
- Manage supplier relationships, governance forums, and issue resolution
- Oversee contractual change, financial controls, invoicing and budget tracking
- Analyse SLAs, KPIs and performance data to identify risks, opportunities and improvements
- Support continuous improvement across outsourced operations and service models
What you’ll bring
- Strong experience working with outsourced or shared service delivery models
- Proven ability to manage multiple suppliers and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- High analytical capability with excellent attention to detail and financial acumen
- Confidence interpreting complex data and translating it into clear, actionable insight
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship management skills
Desirable
- Experience within insurance or financial services
- Exposure to managed service contracts, SLAs and third-party risk frameworks
