About the Opportunity

We are building a highly trend-aware, commercially sharp fashion brand and are looking for a London-based Fashion Buying, Trend Forecasting & Design Intern to join us.

This is not a research-only internship.

We are looking for someone who can:

Identify emerging UK trends early

Translate them into strong, wearable design

Create styles that perform commercially


Our core team operates from India, and you will act as our UK market lens, influencing monthly launches from concept to final selection.

This role is ideal for a driven student or recent graduate from a leading UK fashion program who wants real responsibility and measurable impact.

What You’ll Own

Forecast emerging UK and European fashion trends (runway, high street, street style, social)

Design and help develop 50–60 commercially viable styles per month

Create strong seasonal direction and mood boards

Produce design sketches and concept references

Identify key silhouettes, fabrics, colour palettes, and trims

Analyse competitors and UK retail performance shifts

Contribute directly to final product decisions


This is a hands-on, performance-driven internship.

Who We’re Looking For

Currently studying or recently graduated from:

Central Saint Martins

London College of Fashion

University of Westminster

Kingston University

Or equivalent leading UK fashion programs


Strong portfolio demonstrating both creativity and commercial awareness

Deep understanding of the UK high street and contemporary market

Ability to balance trend instinct with commercial intelligence

Fast, organised, and comfortable working independently

Compensation

This is a paid internship with performance-based incentives.

Base Compensation: $400 USD per month

If more than 30% of your selected/designed styles move into restock, you will receive an additional $200 USD bonus for every 5% increase above 30%.


Example:

35% restock rate → +$200 USD

40% restock rate → +$400 USD

45% restock rate → +$600 USD


Performance is tied directly to commercial success.
