What You’ll Be Doing

Conveyancing Excellence

Manage a small, high‑quality caseload across freehold, leasehold, new‑build and shared‑ownership matters. Caseloads expand gradually as AI systems scale—ensuring quality is never compromised.

Shape the Future of Legal AI

Work directly with legal engineers, product teams and AI specialists to refine, test and continuously improve the firm’s workflow automation and risk‑prevention tools.

Hybrid Collaboration

Spend 2–3 days each week in a central London office, working closely with both fellow conveyancers and technology teams in a dynamic, startup‑like culture.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

• Strong experience running end‑to‑end residential conveyancing matters
• Excellent technical knowledge and a proactive, client‑centred approach
• Comfortable handling complex leasehold, new build and shared ownership transactions
• Curious, open‑minded, and excited about transforming legal work through AI
• Interested in building something new—not just billing hours

Desirable

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX (c. 3+ PQE, though capability matters most)
• Previous use of AI tools in legal practice
• Startup or fast‑paced environment experience
