Lloyd's Broker Compliance Manager

Job description

A Lloyd's broker is currently seeking a Compliance Manager.

The business is going through a significant period of growth, as such, there is opportunity to progress relatively quickly. You'll report directly into the Head of Compliance, being given the opportunity to take on some risk and governance work.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Support the development of the firm's risk and compliance framework
• Provide compliance oversight
• Advise brokers and other stakeholders on compliance matters
• Embed a compliance culture across the firm

This role would suit if you have at least 5 years' experience gained in insurance compliance (ideally Lloyd's market). You might, perhaps, be at senior analyst level and be seeking progression.
