Claims Advocate // Transactional Risk
We are supporting the growth of a specialist transactional risk team and are keen to speak with UK-qualified lawyers interested in moving into, or developing further within, the transactional risk insurance market. This opportunity sits within a well-established platform managing complex W&I and tax risk claims across the EMEA.
You will act as a Claims Advocate across a portfolio of transactional risk policies, supporting insureds on the management and resolution of claims arising under W&I and tax liability. The role will involve advising on coverage strategy, coordinating stakeholders and driving commercially pragmatic outcomes. You will work closely with underwriting and broking colleagues, ensuring claims are handled efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships. This is a visible, commercially focused role that blends technical legal analysis with strategic stakeholder management.
We are keen to speak with UK-qualified lawyers who bring either direct experience handling W&I claims, or broader Financial Lines claims experience (e.g. D&O, PI, FI) involving complex coverage analysis and litigation oversight. You may currently be in private practice, an insurer/broking claims team, or an in-house legal/claims function.
