Central London onsite (5 days in the office)

£35,000 – £40,000 + EMI shares

Ignite are delighted to be working with one of the fastest growing challenger brands we’ve ever partnered with. You will have seen this brand all over the news recently, particularly for the awards they’ve been winning.

They’re now looking to hire a Supply Chain Executive to take full ownership of their outbound logistics with a strong customs focus. This role will see you managing export documentation, declarations, and compliance to ensure finished goods move legally and efficiently around the world.

You will also be responsible for managing relationships with warehouses and hauliers, acting as the main point of contact and leading quarterly reviews to ensure service levels and performance remain high. Alongside this, you will process all orders and build strong relationships with key customers to ensure they receive an excellent end to end service experience.

This is a brand new role created as part of the company’s growth, making it a great time to join. The ideal candidate will be excited to grow alongside the business, take real ownership, and play a key role in shaping outbound logistics as the brand scales. You will have a solid understanding of declarations, Incoterms, VAT, and Rules of Origin to avoid delays, unexpected costs, and service failures.
