Job Description: Commercial Property Solicitor (5PQE+)

Location: North East London

Firm: Independent law firm

Salary: £70,000-£80,000 DOE

The firm is renowned for its commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. Consisting of 2 Partners and 2 Solicitors, as well as a support team, the Commercial Property department is well established and has a steady stream of work.


Position Overview: My client is seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join a dynamic team in North East London. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling a mix of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, and development.


Key Responsibilities:

· Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, and development.

· Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in relation to commercial property matters.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.

· Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services.

· Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking and marketing efforts to enhance the firm’s profile in the commercial property sector.


Qualifications + Experience:

· Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial property.

· Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to commercial property.

· Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

· Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently.

· Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
