The Legal team is deeply integrated into the firm and has a wide brief supporting and facilitating the firm’s asset management business which includes:

• Selection, set up and management of funds across multiple jurisdictions including Irish UCITS
• Brokerage and trading
• Regulatory and compliance
• Contracts
• Litigation related to investments

The legal team is exceptionally friendly and provides strong mentorship. They are now looking to recruit a Funds Executive/Paralegal for a dynamic role that draws on a broad skill set, with a primary focus on project management and organisational skills to support in:

• Executing the launch of funds the team are already familiar with
• Research and analysis in respect of new types of vehicle, investing in a new instrument or addressing regulatory change
• Acting as the team’s knowledge expert and key point of contact, communicating effectively through the creation of diagrams, charts, information maps, and other visual tools.

To be considered for this role, you will:

• Be educated to degree level
• Have upwards of 2 years' relevant experience which will ideally have been gained within an asset management firm
• Have experience working in funds and in particular experience of UCITS
• Possess excellent legal technical writing and plain-English business writing ability
• Have exceptional organisational and project management skills and strong attention to detail
• Be proactive, enthusiastic with a strong “can do” attitude
• Possess the ability to juggle numerous tasks in a fast paced environment, as no two days will look the same!
