We’re looking for a confident, capable Senior Account Manager to join our growing client services team.


At Bloom, Senior Account Managers are the trusted “safe pair of hands” clients rely on and the driving force that keeps projects moving with clarity, pace and energy. You’ll lead multiple workstreams across brands, shaping strong briefs with strategy and design, managing delivery with precision, and building relationships that feel energised — not transactional.


What you’ll do:

  • Lead day-to-day delivery across multiple clients
  • Shape clear, inspiring briefs with strategy & design
  • Manage scopes, budgets and timelines with confidence
  • Build trusted client relationships based on clarity and sound judgement
  • Spot opportunities to add value and grow partnerships
  • Keep work moving smoothly, commercially and creatively


We’re looking for someone with calm confidence, strong judgement and proactive energy — someone who brings momentum to teams and builds genuine rapport with clients.
