Sales Development Representative – ConstructionTech


Established over 20 years ago, our client is a leading construction technology platform offering a range of award-winning software solutions to the construction industry on a global scale. With offices around the world, they have now raised over $100M in funding and are dedicated to providing first-class software to their clients.


The Sales Development Representative position is a critical role in generating leads & building prospective client relationships across the construction space. This organization has a strong focus on employee development & progression; successful candidates can expect a supportive & collaborative environment, surrounded by industry-leading professionals.


This is a hybrid opportunity with three days per week in their Liverpool office.



Responsibilities


  • Identify & prospect potential clients across the construction space
  • Build a long-term pipeline & list of target accounts
  • Assess customer & product fit whilst building meaningful relationships
  • Collaborate closely with the wider sales team, booking prospective client meetings with Account Executives & senior members of the sales team
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the product & benefits provided to customers
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends & competitor activities
  • Maintain an accurate & up-to-date CRM system


The Successful Candidate


  • Any B2B or B2C sales experience will be considered; candidates from estate agency, car sales or similar are encouraged to apply
  • Previous SDR / BDR experience would be a plus
  • Graduates will also be considered
  • Commutable to Liverpool three days per week


Sales Development Representative Package


  • Basic salary: £28,500
  • OTE: +£10,000-15,000 (uncapped)
