Commercial Manager – Profit Centre Lead

£70,000 basic | Bonus | Profit Share

Executive Company Car | Bupa | 6% Pension

Milton Keynes

As Commercial Manager, you'll take full responsibility for turnover, margin, operating costs and long-term growth strategy. This is full P&L ownership of a £9m+ standalone profit centre within a £1bn+ group.

Operating within a decentralised, entrepreneurial structure, you will have genuine authority to:

• Set and deliver growth strategy
• Own and drive the P&L
• Accelerate B2B sales performance
• Strengthen global supplier relationships
• Build and develop a high-performing team
• Optimise operations and governance

This is leadership with teeth — autonomy, commercial freedom, and a direct link between performance and reward.

• Year-on-year growth in turnover and margin
• Delivery against forecast commitments
• Strong supplier partnerships
• Increased B2B market share
• Operational excellence (OTIF, stock, service)
• A driven, accountable leadership team

About You

You're commercially sharp and ownership-led.

You likely bring:

• Proven experience owning and growing a P&L
• Strong B2B commercial leadership background
• Strategic thinking with operational grip
• Supplier negotiation experience at a senior level
• Track record of driving margin and revenue growth
• Experience leading and developing teams
