Sales Development Representative (SDR)

£30,000 – £32,000 basic + uncapped commission | Hybrid working

The Role


As an SDR, you’ll play a key role in generating new business opportunities by engaging prospective clients and booking high-quality meetings for the sales team.


Key Responsibilities


• Booking qualified meetings with prospective clients for senior sales colleagues

• Executing a multi-channel outreach strategy

• Targeting senior decision-makers, including C-suite and Directors

• Building strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle

• Identifying new business opportunities and conducting discovery conversations

• Creating personalised outreach to maximise engagement and response rates

• Collaborating closely with internal sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth

• Previous experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or cold calling

• Confident communicator who enjoys speaking to new people daily
