£30,000–£32,000 basic (DOE) + uncapped commission & incentives (OTE £35-40k+)

An established and growing South West business is looking for a commercially driven Sales & Customer Relationship Manager to support ambitious expansion plans. This is a proactive, relationship-led sales role focused on retaining existing customers, reactivating lapsed accounts, and driving consistent new business growth.

You’ll take ownership of a defined geographical area and play a key role in delivering significant year-on-year growth targets.

The Role

• Manage and grow an established customer portfolio
• Win back lapsed customers and secure new business opportunities
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Handle service challenges professionally
• Consistently achieve monthly gross margin targets

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or account management
• Resilient and confident handling objections and difficult conversations
• Proactive mindset- comfortable generating opportunities through outbound activity
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• IT literate and comfortable using CRM systems
