An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Removal Sales Estimator to join a leading removals company in Essex. This role plays a key part in driving revenue growth by conducting pre-move surveys and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings. If you have a strong background in the removals industry and a passion for customer service and sales, this could be the perfect next step.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting on-site and virtual pre-move surveys for household goods (HHG) relocations
• Assessing volume, access, packing requirements, and special handling needs
• Preparing accurate and competitive quotations for domestic moves
• Advising customers on packing services, storage solutions, and insurance options
• Building strong relationships with prospective clients to maximise conversion rates
• Following up on quotations to secure confirmed bookings
• Liaising with operations teams to ensure smooth handovers
• Maintaining CRM systems with detailed and accurate survey information
• Identifying upselling opportunities including export wrapping and storage
• Managing a pipeline of sales leads and meeting revenue targets
• Representing the company professionally during customer interactions
• Staying up to date with industry trends and competitor activity

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Removal Sales Estimator within the removals industry
• Strong knowledge of household goods relocations and survey processes
• Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
• Ability to accurately calculate move volumes and pricing
• Self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Full UK driving licence
