Digital Growth Manager
Up to £50,000 + benefits (This is an initial FTC with a view to go permanent)

The Role
As Digital Growth Manager, you’ll own the commercial performance of the DTC website and digital marketing channels, driving revenue growth across paid acquisition, CRM, search and campaign activity.
Reporting into the Head of Digital Growth, you’ll take end-to-end responsibility for the trading calendar, website performance, paid media strategy (with agency support), lifecycle marketing and digital growth projects. This is a highly commercial, hands-on role for someone who can move seamlessly between data, creative and execution.
What You’ll Do
- Own and optimise the Shopify e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless, high-converting, on-brand experience
- Manage trading activity including product launches, pricing, promotions and inventory alignment
- Lead paid acquisition strategy across Paid Social and PPC, working closely with specialist agencies to hit ROAS and revenue targets
- Drive creative performance strategy - testing hooks, formats, messaging and customer insights to improve acquisition efficiency
- Own CRM and lifecycle marketing, improving customer journeys, retention and engagement through data-led optimisation
- Manage wholesale/retail partner PPC activity and budgets
- Track and analyse performance metrics including revenue, conversion, traffic and CAC to inform commercial decisions
- Manage budgets effectively and continuously improve processes, briefing and ways of working
About you
- Strong Shopify experience within a DTC environment
- Hands-on expertise across Paid Social, PPC and Email/CRM
- Proven track record of scaling digital marketing channels and growing DTC revenue
- Commercially sharp and confident translating data into actionable insight
- Comfortable owning trading performance end-to-end
- Highly organised with strong stakeholder and agency management skills
- Equally creative and analytical, able to act as both growth driver and brand guardian
- Experience within a high-growth SME or women’s lifestyle/beauty brand is a bonus
