The Sales People embeds ambitious sales talent into VC-backed startups and fast-scaling tech companies. We're hiring our next wave of BDRs / SDRs.

The Opportunity
You won’t be stuck in a generic outbound role.
You’ll sit at the front of revenue growth for a scaling tech company, responsible for:
- Prospecting and outbound strategy
- Qualifying high-value opportunities
- Booking quality meetings that convert
- Turning early interest into real pipeline
- Feeding back market insights to sharpen GTM
- Developing elite sales skills in a fast-moving environment
You’ll be employed directly by one of our VC-backed clients while working from The Sales People HQ alongside other high-performing reps.
Who This Is For
Although you’ll need some existing sales experience, we hire for drive over ‘tech related’ CVs.
This is ideal for:
