Your Responsibilities
As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of client growth and retention:
- Manage and develop relationships within an existing portfolio of B2B client accounts
- Support senior account managers on larger, strategic brand partnerships
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your accounts
- Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and uncover new needs
- Prepare account performance reports and present insights to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer success) to deliver exceptional service
- Support renewal conversations and contribute to revenue growth targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track account activity
You’ll gradually take ownership of accounts as your confidence and capability grow.
