As part of continued growth and strategic evolution, they are seeking an experienced and proven Sales Manager to oversee multiple sites across the Midlands. Partnering closely with a highly respected Sales & Marketing Director, this role will be instrumental in driving sales performance, maintaining brand standards, and supporting the successful delivery of multiple live and upcoming schemes. Strong long-term career progression is available as the business continues to expand.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong team leadership and a proven track record in site sales management, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets UK Housebuilding.
