Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Ipswich (Office-based)

£33,000 base | £55,000 OTE (uncapped)


The Role

We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound growth for Flexzo Care.

This is a high-activity role focused on cold calling and follow up, opening conversations, and booking qualified meetings with care providers and social care leaders.

Your job is simple: create pipeline through high performance sales outreach and creativity

You’ll be speaking to decision-makers, introducing Flexzo Ai, and generating opportunities for the senior team to progress.

What You’ll Do

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to care organisations
  • Identify and engage decision-makers
  • Book qualified discovery meetings
  • Manage outreach across phone, email, Linkedin & events.
  • Handle objections confidently
  • Keep CRM updated and organised
  • Hit weekly activity and meeting targets


Who We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years in sales, recruitment, or another target-driven role
  • Constantly curious & entrepreneurial mindset
  • Resilient and motivated by results
  • Interested in tech and high-growth environments
  • Coachable, ambitious, and a proven self starter.

What You’ll Get

  • £30k+ (depending on experience) base salary
  • £55k+ OTE (uncapped commission)
