Operations Managers / Head of Operations / Area Managers / Regional Managers

I am currently partnering with several ambitious, high-growth restaurant and QSR brands as they strengthen their operational leadership for the next stage of scale.

These are businesses at pivotal moments. Some are founder-led and refining their structure. Others are investor-backed and accelerating expansion. All are looking for commercially sharp, people-first Operations Leaders who can bring clarity, pace, and discipline to multi-site environments.

These roles sit at the centre of the business. You will shape structure, elevate performance, strengthen teams, and prepare brands for sustainable long-term growth.

We are looking to build relationships with operators who bring:

• Solid multi-site experience within restaurants or QSR environments

• Strong commercial understanding, including full P and L responsibility

• A natural ability to build culture and develop General Managers and future leaders

• Experience improving margins, strengthening labour control, and elevating operational standards

• Confidence working in fast-paced, evolving businesses

• The credibility and maturity to partner effectively with founders, boards, and senior leadership teams
