The Role

As our Internal Sales Rep, you’ll be the engine room of the sales team. You’ll turn enquiries into orders, quotes into wins, and customers into long-term partners.

You’ll be speaking daily with contractors, electricians and electrical wholesalers - helping them find the right lighting solution and making their lives easier in the process.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Answering inbound enquiries (phone + email) like a pro
• Turning quotes into confirmed orders
• Upselling and cross-selling products from strong rapport building ability
• Supporting the external sales team to help grow and optimise the account base
