Smart Building Account Manager - 4 Day Working Week

London Area - 4 Day Working Week

  • £60,000 - £65,000 Yearly Salary

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of customer accounts from onboarding to renewal
  • Lead client handovers from sales and support system implementation
  • Deliver training and ensure successful platform adoption
  • Analyse HVAC, BMS and metering systems to identify performance improvements
  • Provide technical commentary, reporting and actionable recommendations
  • Run regular performance review meetings with clients
  • Track and drive completion of energy and optimisation actions
  • Identify contract renewal and account growth opportunities
  • Contribute feedback to product and technical teams to improve system functionality


Desired Experience

  • Strong background in BMS / building controls (e.g. Trend, Niagara or similar)
  • Solid understanding of HVAC systems and energy optimisation strategies
  • Experience with protocols such as Bacnet, Modbus, Mbus or LoRaWAN
  • Knowledge of building performance and energy efficiency principles
  • Experience in a client-facing or account management capacity within a technical environment
  • Strong analytical skills with confidence interpreting building data
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Self-motivated, organised and able to manage priorities effectively
