The Role & Responsibilities

As the Senior Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving online sales growth across multiple international markets. You’ll optimise operations, deliver targeted trading strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints. In this role, you will:

  • Take ownership of regional ecommerce operations, ensuring localised content, pricing, and availability for each market.
  • Lead the development and execution of regional trading calendars, ensuring alignment with business targets.
  • Oversee end-to-end operations in partnership with supply chain and logistics teams, ensuring stock availability and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with global marketing, digital, and creative teams to support regional campaigns and growth initiatives.
  • Lead user experience optimizations, combining data insights with A/B testing to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse ecommerce performance metrics, providing regular insights to guide future trading decisions.


The Person

We are seeking a commercially astute, data-driven ecommerce leader with:

  • Proven experience managing ecommerce operations across multiple international markets (ideally in beauty or consumer products).
  • At least 4 years’ experience in a senior ecommerce role with a strong focus on trading and growth.
  • Expertise in localisation, pricing strategies, and site merchandising across different geographies.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and ecommerce platforms (Shopify preferred).
  • A collaborative approach, able to work cross-functionally with global teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.
