Real Estate Lawyer – London (4+ PQE)

A top-tier international law firm is looking to hire a Real Estate lawyer (4+ PQE) to join its highly regarded London team. The role offers exposure to high-value investment and development work, including acquisitions and disposals, development projects, joint ventures and co-investment structures across a broad range of asset classes.

The successful lawyer will run matters day to day, draft and negotiate complex documentation, and work closely with partners and clients in lean deal teams. There is genuine scope for responsibility, direct client exposure and longer-term progression within a market-leading platform.

This opportunity would suit an England & Wales qualified lawyer with a strong corporate real estate background, particularly in investment and/or development work, who is commercial, confident and collaborative in approach. It is a strong option for someone looking to step into a high-quality international practice with excellent deal flow and visibility.
