Womenswear Designer ( Urban Streetwear ) Wanted — London

Up to £35,000 + Benefits

Full-time : London - Office based

We’re working with a fast-growing, London grown , urban , streetwear brand known for authentic culture, bold collections, and a tight-knit community. They’re looking for a mid level womenswear Designer who lives the lifestyle and has hands-on womenswear design experience in this field .

This is a chance to design with real creative freedom, shape the brand’s direction, and work in a team that values authenticity above all else.

Key Responsibilities:

Design seasonal womenswear collections from sketch to sample

Source and experiment with fabrics, colours, and silhouettes that resonate with streetwear culture

Produce sketches, CADs, mood boards, and detailed tech packs

Work closely with suppliers to bring your ideas to life

Collaborate with creative teams on campaigns, social content, and collaborations

Keep finger on the pulse of urban culture, music, and art trends

Requirements ( must have experience )

Recent womenswear with urban streetwear design experience at a relevant STREETWEAR or fashion brand , a focus on sportswear would be very interesting

Portfolio showcasing bold, streetwear-focused womenswear

Strong technical skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and garment construction

Authentic personal connection to streetwear culture , urban — you live it, not just design for it

Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative creative environment

London based and eligible to work in the UK
