Overview:

Inuka is supporting a global strategy and advisory firm in hiring an Engagement Manager for its London office. This role sits at the core of complex multi year transformation programmes, leading analytical delivery and supporting senior clients on commercial and performance improvement initiatives. The position includes occasional travel within the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities:

• Lead defined workstreams within large strategy or transformation projects.
• Break down complex issues into structured analyses and actionable insights.
• Conduct commercial assessments covering pricing, margins, sales performance, and operating models.
• Build financial models and analytical tools to support decision-making.
• Prepare senior-level presentations and clear recommendation papers.
• Work directly with client leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee junior team members and ensure quality output.
• Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Contribute to proposal development and internal capability building.

Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
• 4–7 years’ experience in consulting, commercial strategy, or performance roles.
• Strong background in quantitative analysis and financial modelling.
• Experience leading workstreams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Comfortable working with data tools such as Excel or PowerBI.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
