Our Charts Unit produces market-leading, consumption-based charts and analysis for the music and video industries across the UK, Republic of Ireland, and France. Our data is delivered to clients on a next-day basis, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and we have been at the forefront of this field for over 30 years.


As a Charts Operations Executive, you will provide best-in-class research insight and technical support to clients, management, and colleagues. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of our chart data while contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes and systems.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Charts team
  • Develop a strong understanding of the research principles and technical requirements behind consumption-based chart production in the home entertainment industry
  • Build technical expertise in loading, interrogating, cleansing, and aggregating data
  • Become proficient in navigating both the internal product database and the client-facing online dashboard
  • Work flexibly as part of a rota, including some weekend “duty” shifts
  • Contribute ideas and support initiatives to improve business processes
  • Collaborate with the Charts Business Analyst to ensure procedural updates are accurately documented
  • Adhere to Kantar’s ethics policies, the MRS Code of Conduct, data protection requirements, and quality standards
  • Deliver excellent client service and help build strong relationships with external stakeholders

  • Familiarity with data and cloud technologies such as SQL, Databricks, Python and ADLS (Experience is desirable but we also welcome candidates who are keen to learn).


French reading and/or speaking skills are highly desirable.
