The Opportunity

We are supporting a confidential end-user organisation embarking on a greenfield IFS Cloud implementation and are looking to engage an experienced IFS Service & Maintenance Consultant on a contract basis.

This is a key role within the programme, working across MWO (Maintenance Work Order), FMS (Field Service Management), and POS (Planning & Optimisation Scheduling) modules. You will play a pivotal part in shaping, configuring, and delivering the service and maintenance workstreams from design through to go-live.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional design workshops across MWO, FMS, and POS
• Translate business requirements into scalable IFS Cloud solutions
• Configure and test IFS Service & Maintenance modules
• Support integration discussions with wider IFS workstreams
• Provide guidance on best practice within IFS Cloud
• Assist with UAT, training, and go-live support
• Work closely with project stakeholders and third-party partners

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with IFS Cloud (greenfield experience highly desirable)
• Proven expertise across:
• Maintenance Work Order (MWO)
• Field Service Management (FMS)
• Planning & Optimisation Scheduling (POS)
• End-to-end implementation lifecycle experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced project environment
