Digital Learning Designer - Permanent Opportunity

Up to £45,000 per annum

Remote with monthly travel to Bristol

Role Context

To design, deliver, and facilitate engaging digital learning experiences that build capability, performance, and confidence across the organisation.

The Learning Designer will bring learning to life through virtual classrooms, self-paced modules, and blended learning journeys, ensuring employees can learn anytime, anywhere, and at their own pace.


Experience required

  • Ability to design clear, outcome-driven eLearning aligned with business goals.
  • Comfortable using authoring tools, LMS platforms, AI, and analytics dashboards.
  • Ability to translate complex content into engaging, story-based learning.
  • Clear, confident communicator
  • Builds productive relationships with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in running engaging virtual classrooms and webinars or acting as a moderator to online discussions
  • Uses analytics to measure effectiveness and inform improvements.
  • Explores new trends including AI, gamification, and microlearning.
