Property Manager – BTR Developer

An award-winning Build to Rent developer and operator with a growing portfolio of over 1,000 homes is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee its Wolverhampton and Coventry buildings.

The Role

The Property Manager will deliver full lettings and property management services, ensuring high occupancy levels, compliance with legislation, and an exceptional resident experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct viewings and manage applications, referencing (including Right to Rent), move-ins, and deposit registration
• Oversee inspections, renewals, repairs, check-outs, and deposit returns
• Ensure legal and building compliance in partnership with the FM team
• Maintain accurate records and property management systems
• Provide excellent customer service and manage resident queries
• Organise resident events to support community engagement
• Work closely with Marketing and Accounts teams
• Monitor operational expenditure and support credit control where required

Candidate Profile

Essential:

• c2 years’ experience in a similar Property Management role
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Strong communication and IT skills

Desirable:

• ARLA or IRPM qualification
