At the Oulton Hall TrackMan Academy, we’re proud to be one of the busiest TrackMan coaching facilities in the North of England. And we’re growing.

We’re seeking a driven, self-employed PGA Teaching Professionals ready to build a thriving coaching business in a high-demand environment.

OTE £65k+

What We’re Looking For:

• Fully qualified PGA of GB&I member (or recognised equivalent)
• Proven coaching experience (individuals, groups & juniors)
• Passion for player development at all levels
• Strong communication & relationship-building skills
• Professional, reliable and self-motivated
• Confident using TrackMan, video analysis & social media to grow your profile

The Role:

• Deliver high-quality, personalised coaching
• Run individual lessons, group clinics & junior programmes
• Utilise cutting-edge TrackMan technology
• Proactively promote and grow your coaching base
• Stay ahead of modern coaching trends
