EV Network Manager, East Kilbride

Company profile:

One of Scotland’s fastest growing Public Charge Point Operators is currently expanding and is looking for a Network Manager to join them on their journey.

With over 400 Charging points across the UK (with an over 99% uptime rate!) they have incredibly ambitious plants to increase their already 78% yearly growth to new heights. Having recent received full funding by Energy Saving Trust Scotland, this is a truly exciting chance to join them as they grow.

As their Network Manager you will look after the performance of their charging network. This includes monitoring health, managing customer support, coordinating maintenance and producing reports on charger health.

You don’t need EV Charging experience for this role. Potential, Attitude, and a Service Mindset are much more important. If you’ve managed SLAs, talked to customers, fixed problems and want to get into one of the fastest growing industries in the UK this might be the job for you.

What will you be doing?

• Monitoring the Network via dashboards, proactively monitoring for potential issues.
• Manage customer support. (Calls from Drivers, host emails, escalations)
• Configure new charge points, tariffs and payment terminals from the back office.
• Coordinate maintenance callouts.
• Report on uptime, revenue, and usage.

What experience do you need?

• Experience in a customer-centric role and strong customer service skills.
• SLA experience. Managing uptime, response times are a plus.
• Analytical mindset. Comfortable pulling reports, spotting patterns.
