Salary: Competitive + Package (DOE)

Are you an Electrical Project Manager with experience delivering technically demanding, mission-critical projects? Do you want to be part of a fast-growing contractor operating in one of the most exciting and resilient sectors in construction?

I’m working with an ambitious and expanding regional contractor that has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality data centre projects. Due to continued growth and a strong forward pipeline, they are now looking to appoint an Electrical Project Manager to play a key role in the delivery of their electrical packages across multiple data centre schemes.

The Role

As Electrical Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the management and delivery of electrical works on data centre projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.

You will work closely with the wider project team, M&E partners, and supply chain to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest technical and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the delivery of electrical packages on data centre projects
• Coordinating electrical subcontractors and specialist suppliers
• Working closely with design teams to manage technical queries and coordination
• Driving programme, quality, and cost performance
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety and site standards
• Supporting commissioning, testing, and handover processes
• Acting as a key technical interface with clients and consultants

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or Electrical Contracts Manager
• Background delivering data centres, mission-critical, or highly serviced buildings
• Strong understanding of electrical systems within complex environments
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple workstreams
• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, technically challenging project environments
