Interim Leverage Finance Lawyer

6–9 Month Contract | Flexible Working

A leading financial institution is looking for an experienced leveraged finance lawyer to join its high-performing team on an interim basis. This is a rare chance to broaden your skill set across infrastructure, project finance, high-yield structures, TLBs, and complex cross-border financings — working alongside collegiate lawyers who value knowledge-sharing and collaboration.

Ideal Profile

✔ Qualified Lawyer with a background in Leveraged finance background (High Yield, TLB or broader debt finance all welcomed)

✔ Private Practice or In-house lawyers are welcomed

✔ Collegiate, strong on knowledge-sharing, and confident moving between primary and secondary

✔ Available to start in March
