The Role

• • Preparation of wills, trusts, letters of wishes and succession planning for individuals and business owners.
  • Administration of estates, drafting estate accounts and calculating IHT/NRB/RNRB allowances.
  • Advising on Enduring Powers of Attorney and assisting with registrations.
  • Controllership applications before the OCP and High Court.
  • Client advisory work across a mix of high‑net‑worth and general private client matters.
    
    

The Person

• • A technically strong solicitor with solid grounding in wills, trusts, estate administration and capacity law.
  • Someone who can work autonomously but also collaboratively.
  • An individual who is proactive, organised and able to help develop relationships.

  STEP qualification (completed or in progress) is advantageous but not essential.
