Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Quantity Surveyor with fit-out project experience who is eager to develop their career within a growing organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3+ years’ experience who is hungry to learn, take ownership of packages and grow alongside a fast-evolving business.

You will support the commercial delivery of multiple projects, working closely with project, site and client teams to ensure financial control and project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial management of fit-out projects from pre-construction through to final account
• Support procurement of subcontractor packages and supplier negotiations
• Manage valuations, variations and change control processes
• Monitor project costs, cash flow and forecasting
• Assist with preparation of CVRs and financial reporting
• Support tendering and estimating where required
• Work closely with project teams to identify commercial risks and opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams

Requirements

Essential:

• Minimum 3 years Quantity Surveying experience
• Commercial fit-out / interiors experience (Cat A, Cat B, refurb or similar)
• Good understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable:

• Relevant construction or commercial degree
• Experience working for a main contractor or fit-out specialist
• Exposure to fast-track commercial projects
• Degree within Quantity Surveying/Commercial Mgmt.
