We are looking for a detail-oriented Mid-Level Operations and Integration Specialist (IT-Focused) to join our team

Location: United Kingdom, Europe and Ireland

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 2–4 years of experience in operations and integration processes
• Active involvement in system-to-system integration projects
• Practical knowledge of APIs, data flows, and integration architectures
• Ability to perform data analysis using SQL
• Capable of acting as a bridge between technical and operational teams
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience in documentation and process improvement

Job Description

• End-to-end management of the integration of operational processes with IT systems
• Analyzing issues that arise in integration processes and developing solutions
• Working with IT/software teams to develop and improve integrations
• Translating requests from operations teams into technical requirements
• Coordinating and monitoring go-live processes
• Developing improvement suggestions to increase process efficiency
• Providing mentorship support to junior team members

Technical Skills (Preferred)

• Postman or similar API testing tools
• Jira, Confluence, or similar task tracking and documentation tools
• Basic ability to read code and perform technical analysis
