TPo-Partners is a consulting firm specialized in supporting CPG and pharma companies in commercial transformation projects with a strong technological component.
We work with industry leaders such as Danone, Nestlé, Mondelez, Savencia, Yoplait, Andros, Haleon, Brown-Forman, Euralis, in France and internationally.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Consulting Manager, you play a strategic role within TPo-Partners. You act as a client project orchestrator, a CPG/RGM subject-matter expert, and a key contributor to team and offering development. You combine business expertise, project leadership, and client vision.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end projects, from scoping to operational implementation, across commercial effectiveness topics: Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Salesforce Automation (SFA)
- Managing client relationships: building trust, understanding strategic challenges, challenging needs, and co-designing optimal solutions.
- Working with the Account Partner on TPo Partners’ business development within the client.
- Structuring and supervising project team work (consultants, business analysts, etc.), developing junior talent, and enabling their success.
- Delivering high–value-added recommendations based on robust analyses and strong understanding of CPG business models.
- Actively contributing to the firm’s development: offer structuring, business development, continuous improvement of methodologies and tools.
- Ensuring UK market and technology monitoring on CPG trends and innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Experience
- Degree from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university.
- Proven experience of 5 to 8 years minimum in:
- Transformation/RGM consulting for CPG players, or
- Internal roles such as Category Manager, Demand Planner, Revenue Manager, Finance Manager, or Commercial IT Manager within a CPG company, or
- Software vendors / integrators of commercial tools (e.g., Asper, Atheon, UpClear, Salesforce, SAP, XTEL).
- Strong structuring skills, analytical rigor, and business acumen.
- Natural leadership, ability to mobilize teams and engage clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to operate in demanding environments.
- Proficiency with modern digital tools (Office 365, ChatGPT, Notion, Gamma, etc.).
- Fluent English required (frequent international projects).
