Job Title: Customer Supply Chain Manager

Location: Wakefield

Salary: £60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

Job Type: Full-time, permanent


Elevation Recruitment Group’s Supply Chain division is exclusively supporting a leading international manufacturing organisation in the appointment of a Customer Supply Chain Manager.


This is a confidential opportunity to join a well-established, international business, reporting directly to the Sales Director (UK) and managing a team of Internal Sales Account Executives, this role will lead sales administration, business process compliance, and system governance to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and maintain demand data for financial forecasts, long-range planning (LRP) and budgets
  • Ensure accurate forecast management within the sales environment
  • Provide effective sales administration to maximise internal and external confidence
  • Identify and resolve issues impacting customer requirements
  • Produce internal reporting and business information for stakeholders at various levels
  • Create, maintain and improve procedures within the sales administration function to ensure ISO and SOX compliance
  • Manage and monitor SAP processes including customer master data, blocked orders, failed invoicing and transition issues
  • Support sales projects at both customer and Group level
  • Lead, develop and engage a team of Internal Sales Account Executives
  • Foster a high-performing, customer-focused team environment


About You


  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes, ISO procedures, audit standards and SOX compliance
  • Highly proficient SAP user
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office capability
  • Strong people management and leadership skills
  • Analytical, solutions-focused mindset
  • Confident communicator with an engaging presentation style
  • Results-driven with strong organisational commitment
